Everyone has allergies. 
youre not dependent on hospital.

find a community, open a clinic, advertise and get referrals.

see your 5 min allergy consults and do your patch test/skin test, spirometry whatever. Prescribe nasal spray or allergy pills. 
work 3 days a week, make 400k

rinse and repeat
