Palliative Care vs. COE

Hi,

I recently matched into FM in Ontario and I'm potentially interested in doing a +1 either in palliative care or care of the elderly (COE). I did electives in both during my 4th year and enjoyed the work aspects of both of them. I was just wondering if anyone who did either fellowship could share their experiences about job prospects (I'm ultimately interested in working in the GTA if that helps), earning potentials and what the work structure looks like (% of inpatient vs. outpatient, call/weekend requirements, hours/week, etc.)? Any information would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Interested in this, especially comparing FM opps without the +1s, and scope/opportunities of the +1s vs IM Geri and IM Palliative in small cities and GTA
