Hello!

Can any successful OOPs share their stats/ECs to provide any insight on what might MUN like in an OOP applicant? (For interview invites)

Also, what is the general consensus on how interview selection is done for OOPs? 

Is it full file review or GPA/CARS?

It is a full File review - GPA / MCAT > 512 (127 or 128 each section).

For OOP - They prefer applicants who have held 2 PT jobs or a FT job while enrolled in school.

Make sure you have stellar references. And long term volunteering positions.
