not double, but could potentially make substantially more. Assuming overhead is the same for both (about 25-30%),a busy endo seeing ~20 patients a day, with about 8 new patients- ~$1256, and about 12 follow ups, of which lets say 8 are DM2 (which gives them the chronic disease premium of 50%) and 4 others (thyroid, OP, etc...): ~$1120, for a grand total of: $2376/day.

 

These are rough numbers (I didn't have the billing codes in-front of me), and some endos will see alot more than 20 patients a day, others will see less. Some will see much more Diabetes and others will see less. Some will see more new patients and others will see lesss (you get the idea).
