IknowIcan
(English follows) Bonjour! *************** Hello! Thanks in advance for your advice! I am 31 years old and I am at a crossroads. I did my law degree a few years ago with very ordinary grades and since then I have been working but I am really unhappy. I had signed up for a certificate in economics recently and I'm literally disgusted with the courses right now and want to give up (so possibly have 4 failures on my transcript). I made the decision in the last few weeks to put in motion a plan to be able to apply in medicine and realize my dream. I am starting a second undergrad in September and I wonder if having failures of an unfinished certificate will have an impact in 3 years when I will apply with my second undergrad (and good grades) for McGill? bearded frog
If they are undergraduate level college courses that you can’t turn into withdraws then yes they will count as failures for you cumulative gpa. That being said if you do a second undergrad many schools will only look at that. IknowIcan
