PharmD applicant DAL, Waterloo & UofT

Im curious on my chances of getting into the PharmD program for Dalhousie, Waterloo and UofT. I have 3 years of experience working in a pharmacy as a pharmacist assistant (drug rehab centre), 5 years of experience working with special needs kids and I have a GPA of around 3.75 (4.3 scale) that translates to roughly 3.69 on the 4.0 scale (using OMSAS table).
