I applied with an 85.5% as an OOP and did not receive an interview. My NAQ was rated in the 75-100th percentile. My final score was 3 points above the in-province cut off for an interview and about 3 points below the cut off for OOP interview.

there is always a chance, so if you have the money to pay for the application then I’d say shoot your shot. If not, and you’re in province else where, maybe focus on applying where your have an advantage. I was accepted to both in province schools I applied to.

Never hurts to try, but it's going to be difficult unless your ECs are next to amazing. There are only spots for 20 OOP applicants, and the lowest GPA I've heard get in from OOP is 89
