I got my third choice (Fitz), but wanted to know if it's just a lottery or if there are other reasons students get put in one academy over another? TheFlyGuy Posted August 7, 2021 Report Share Posted August 7, 2021 It's a lottery; they'll try to place you in your higher ranked academies first, but in the event more people choose an academy than there are spaces, they randomly bump people to choice #2. In the event choice 2 is also full, lottery happens again (if any spaces remain) and folks get bumped to choice #3. In late June/early July there are very few spaces left though, so might just have been that only Fitz had any spaces left or there was only 1 spaces in the other 2 choices to get lotteried out or something.
