marathon Posted August 5, 2021 Report Share Posted August 5, 2021 I requested and was granted a deferral from Med school in Ontario this coming fall. I was told that through OMSAS I will need to submit a certain form by Oct 1st but I can't seem to find it on OMSAS. Has anyone else been through this process and knows what to do or where to find the form? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
