Does McGill view 300 and 400 level courses the same

I think this is a question best suited to the admissions office since it’s pretty specific 

that being said, McGIll does look at “the progression of the difficulty of coursework”. Generally, that’s been interpreted as whether you did an “easy” degree or a “harder degree”, which in practice seems to mainly manifest as whether you did a BSc or not (the vast majority of successful applications to McGill hold science degrees of some sort). 
 

My intuition is that they won’t care much about what specific course you took at what time. At my university 400 levels are considered more advanced than 300 levels, but you’re last year will almost inevitably end up with maybe 1 or 2 300 levels because of certain program requirements, and possibly more. Also the vast majority of electives are gonna be at the 200 level as well
