Hello, I would like to know if anyone can provide as with whatever he knows about any IM program out there.

I have heard great things about Mac / Queen

What are your thoughts about the others ?

Sounds like UBC is very service heavy. People who match there seem to value that though

Any program in a big city is probably service heavy, but most if not all programs will train you just fine. I wouldn't worry about that, focus on where you want to live. UBC IM used to have the slogan "Residency in Vancouver" on the frontpage of their residency site for more than one reason.
