Med Student in Need of Help

I should re-word: some things that are frivolous, are justified by saying "if we call it or rationalize it this way, then it can be thought to be necessary for accredidation".  

I am all for accredidation, rigorous checks and balances, but not everything that is done in its name...is actually efficient or useful.
