Anyone else’s verifiers get contacted today??

did anyone not hear about their verfiers. it seems as though mine werent contacted

That can happen sometimes but I’m sure it’s okay since they choose randomly who to contact.

I haven't heard anything back from my verifiers... nor received any email from Dal to let me know that they could not be contacted etc.... I am worried as well. Does anyone know if they usually contact all verifiers in December or if they contact verifiers until March?

I haven't heard anything here either. I'm not sure how automated the verification process is from Dal's side. Maybe it's somewhat manual and they do it in phases. Maybe it's totally random which if any entries get checked. Maybe, maybe, maybe....

Not much to be done for it other that waiting.

I have had my verifiers checked the last 2 years and was waitlisted twice. I do not think whether your verifiers were contacted matters too much so do not fret if yours have not been!

One of my verifiers was just contacted so it seems like Dal is still actively working through the review process. The reference being checked is for my most significant time commitment, but based on previous comments I don't think that means anything one way or the other.

One of my verifiers was also contacted last week, and I would consider that activity to be the most significant on my application in terms of time commitment

Is the contacting of verifiers random on their end? I haven't gotten any word from my verifiers that they have been contacted... will admissions get in touch with me if they can't reach my verifiers?

I have no idea what factors are involved in contacting verifiers... but I received an email from admissions last week informing me that my verifier had not responded to their request sent the previous month, and was even provided a really generous timeframe to touch base with my verifier (It was in his junk mail).

Not sure if that will alleviate anyone's concerns, but I hope it helps!

just wondering anyone getting more than 1 verifier contacted? and anyone else getting an email from admission saying verifiers not replying to their request?

i never got an email that my verifiers were not contacted and reached out to most who had not been contacted. haave no idea, am getting pretty nervous

As far as I know only one of mine were contacted. I also have not reached out to all my others to ask though.
