One of my verifiers changed jobs so didnt have access to their email so I emailed western and they said that "took note" of the change so I assume they changed the email and sent the verification email to the updated one. No idea. Verifiers are probably told not to tell applicants that they were contacted. I would assume for the essays that they would contact all verifiers but I am just speculating.
