WAMC for US MD?

hi everyone! I only applied Canadian schools this year with no luck unfortunately, so I have just started looking into US MD schools but I'm not too sure if my stats are competitive or not as a Canadian. Any help/advice? thanks!

AAMC cGPA: 3.9

sGPA: as a newbie I'm a little confused on what courses belong here but my guess would be 3.7-3.8

MCAT: 1st time: 505 (124/124/127/130) ====> 2nd time: 512 (128/126/127/131)

ECs: I have about 300 hrs of hospital volunteering, a year of undergrad thesis research, >2000 hours working retail, other random commitments

I apologize if these posts are annoying but I'm feeling pretty depressed thinking about my future and have no idea what the right thing to do is. I'm already taking a gap year right now and feeing pretty unsure about everything. Thank you very much in advance.

The US really really cares about GPA and MCAT. I think your GPA is probably in range but your MCAT is not (for Canadian applying USMD). And some schools average all MCAT attempts as well. If you're serious about applying USMD (and are not dual citizen and have no connections to US schools) you'll have to bring the MCAT numbers up.

The acceptance rate for international students in the states is 9%, which is lower than omsas. The big benefit is they use holistic admissions. As someone who was accepted maybe i can help. Dm for advice.
