Queens panel advice

Recommended Posts

Never had a job interview, or interviewed for a volunteer position? I'd look up common med school panel interview questions (i don't want to link a specific site as I don't support any of these companies), and be able to answer some of those. Know your motivations, know yourself well. In terms of virtual, just make sure to look in the camera, have good lighting on the face (borrowed a ring light for my CaRMS interviews which really does wonders, but natural lighting works, don't have too many shadows on your face though). Be confident, and take your time if you need to think. Don't sound too rehearsed, so be natural. And show your personality a bit/excitement. Generic stuff but all useful. Good luck and have fun (even if it's a cold panel).
