Hope9
I heard the area around the Regina campus (which is the hospital) is dangerous. Where do current Regina students live and are there safety concerns?
plzhelp
Not a current med student but I know students at the Regina campus live literally all around the city. Regina is small so as long as you're driving it takes (at most!) 15 minutes to get to the hospital regardless of where you live Hope9
UndecidedDisplayName
Hey, current Regina student here. Lots of students live all over the city as it is quite small. I would not recommend living around the Pasqua Hospital, in the North Central district, as it can be a bit unsafe there. Around Regina General Hospital (RGH) is a little bit sketchy, but there are lots of students who live right close to RGH and haven’t have any problems. Lots of students live in Harbour Landing which is a newer area of the city (similar to Stonebridge if you’re from Saskatoon). Quite a few also live around Cathedral (similar to Broadway/Nutana in Saskatoon) which is an older area, but decently safe. Hope that helps!
