How to improve Casper once you're already within the 4th quartile?

Hi all. I was rejected from McMaster pre interview this year with cGPA: 3.93, CARS: 128, CASper: 4th quartile. Clearly, I got a low 4th quartile score. How would one practice to go from a low 4th quartile to a higher 4th quartile good enough for McMaster?

At some point you will hit diminishing returns, but really its the same advice and tips that anyone could use to do well.

I mean, with a 4th quartile casper score you’re clearly doing the right things already. Altering your formula at this point may even risk seeing your casper score drop! You’re in the top quartile; therefore personally I wouldn’t change anything with your casper approach.

maybe you can zoom out, and apply to schools more broadly? There are schools whose casper cutoff is below 4th quartile. With your stats you should be competitive elsewhere too. 
Therefore i would suggest “improving” your chances by casting a wider net in your applications, as opposed to seeking marginal gains in one area (casper) where you’re already at the top.

They tell you the range youre in now
