I sent mine just over 10 business days ago and received an email stating they would respond within 10 business days. Someone posted on rreddit yesterday about getting off the waitlist. Not too sure if they got the offer yesterday or are just posting about it now. Hopefully that means some offers are still going out then! You do receive an email when it is full but not until late August or early September. A friend of mine was waitlisted last year and didn't receive anything from the school until late August when they informed them that the class was full and gave them their scoring breakdown.
