HelcaraxeTrekker
I know most people recommend writing the MCAT after year 2 but is it a good idea to write it after the first year? The main reason for this is to get a realistic estimate of what I've learned in year one and how well I can apply the content from year 1. I will probably bomb it but afaik Canadian med schools don't view multiple tests as negative so should I go through with the idea?
yohohoy
No, I don’t think you should. Just buy one of the full length practice exams from AAMC if you want to assess yourself. Way cheaper and you’ll achieve the same goal. Although most people say that you should save those for actual practice because they’re so valuable. Alternatively you could do a 3rd party full length.. it’s up to you. HelcaraxeTrekker and Bottas
