Therefore I'm primarily interested in U of C and U of A. It looks like extracurriculars are essential to the U of A admission process. I have tons of volunteer experience from my undergrad. But I'm now 29 and have been working in the social work field for 8 yrs. My professional experience is in addiction and mental health. My focus right now is studying for the MCAT. Could I include old ECs on my application? Or do I need to prioritize volunteering and other ECs? Between studying, working full time and renovating a house this will be a tough one.
