Bloated stomach & bloody poop

My frenchie in 27 hours stomach swelled and was solid for 3 days, today it went down and is no longer swollen or hard to touch but she is now experiencing blood in her poop and I’m a little concerned.

she is acting herself no other symptoms to go with it.
