No it doesn't look bad that you received strong(er) evals in other specialties, rather it just shows you are a good medical student. Your performance in medical school revolves around teach-ability and suitability for the program. They don't expect you to be an expert in X or Y specialty (that's what 2-5 years of residency is for, and even then there is lifelong learning and fellowship). 

Just work hard, be helpful, kind, and put your best foot forward. That's all that's in your control. Good luck.
