JaeTaro
I can’t find it right now but I remember I saw stats on how many specific residency spots there are for UBC. It was like 105 anesthesia spots. How can I find out how many spots there would be at UBC Prince George or Kelowna? If I did my schooling in Prince George, would it be difficult to get residency in Vancouver or Kelowna? Thank you

There are 20 spots at UBC, all in Vancouver. All of this information is posted on the CaRMS program descriptions pages https://www.carms.ca/match/r-1-main-residency-match/program-descriptions/
BCelectrophile
Like frenchpress said there are 20 spots all based in Vancouver. However there are rumours that the anesthesia program will be expanded to Victoria and Kelowna as well due to too many residents competing for resources in the lower mainland. PG is less likely because they don’t do neuro/cardiac/thoracics, and are a less busy centre overall
