Med School Tuitions

Does anyone know the tuitions for the five Ontario med schools for next year? Or know if there is a table on a website that lists this information??

Hi there,

 

I was searching for this information this morning. Here are the two schools for which I was found data (I wasn't looking for that of Western, McMaster or Queen's ):

 

U. Ottawa: $14,000

U. Toronto: $17,287

For UofO's tuition, the cost of the laptop which has to purchased is not included in that base figure. Adding the laptop brings the total to almost $17,000 (according to my tour guide)

 

But that is only for the first year.

Does that mean you own the laptop, at U of O?

 

Or do you just "rent" it - like at most other schools with laptop curricula - you pay nearly $2000 every year, and at the end, you have to return the computer..

 

The last I looked, Queen's and McMaster were both slightly over $14,000 including fees.

UWO tuition this year was $15 800....assuming that it is 'frozen' for next year, it should be the same.

A similar question was asked of my tour guide during the Ottawa interview day--yes, you do own the laptop by the end of the program. It's yours to keep.
