Paid work in non-academic experiences?

Ok, this may be a silly question. Should any paid work be put in the non-academic experiences section?

 

It seems a great deal of my leadership experiences were with previous jobs. I know this would be repetitive with the employment section; so ah, what do you think?

I wouldn't repeat-list anything. You can expand on the nature of your jobs in your essay.

I'd disagree. If you really think your employment benefitted your leadership/teamwork/whathaveyou skills, put it in. I listed a couple of my previous jobs in the autobiographical sketch because I though they, more than any other experience, demonstrated those crucial skills. It must have worked, because I'm at UBC right now, first year.
