Guest stevetilley
You will be interviewed by a panel of 2 individuals. These may be faculty, medical students, residents, or members of the community. It usually lasts from 30min - 1 hour. The purpose of the interview is to see if you're personality would be a good fit for the practice of medicine. They want to know about you, what you like to do, what your interests are, your accomplishments, your goals, your opinions on health care, etc. etc.. Just show up and be yourself, and you'll do fine. Guest NBer
from what I remember you can kinda divide the interview in 3 parts... they asked me...what am I doing now...so you can imagine all the stuff that goes along with that...then "how were you as a child or how was your adolescence"...can't remember exactly...but about family life, etc..then the third part...where do you see yourself in 10 years... the memorial interviewers are soooo nice...definitely my best interview based on how I felt and how comfortable they made me...very much like a conversation... good luck cheers
