Guest archchivalry
Right now, I'm not very aware of what is going on around the world, but I felt like I need to have basic knowledge so that I can have something talk on the interview or perhaps to prepare for the writing section for MCAT. What do you guys recommend me to read? I heard economist would be good, but what else?
Guest wjc83
http://www.cbc.ca is always good. Keeps you up-to-date with the current issues around the world. To prepare for the MCATs and Interviews, I just set my homepage to CBC so that if I ever had a free moment, the news was right at my fingertips! Guest kaymcee
I read Maclean's. The Economist is terribly, terribly boring. Maclean's lately has combined the typical politics, world, Canada, and other news with a few pop culture tidbits. As a side note, I'm not sure how much simply reading will do for your VR score, particularly if you plan to write in a month.
