Guest hringrose
Hi, That's interesting. Is there a shortage of doctors on Vancouver Island in the more rural areas (west coast). I am hoping to become a family doctor (in 5 years) and that is one of my preferred locations to settle down and buy a practice. It seem like such a nice place that I can't imagine there being a doctor shortage there... hringrose
Guest Ian Wong
There's a profound shortage of family doctors on Vancouver Island, particularly for those in the traditional office-based setting. You'd be an even more prized commodity if you were interested in doing some obstetrics within your practice. Ian
