gpa considerations

Does anybody know how american schools look at our grades. That is, do they look at the entire academic record, or do they drop years the way many canadian schools do?

Depends on which school. Generally, they look at everything and they like to see an upward trend in marks

I'm applying to US schools now. Most schools look at your overall GPA, and don't drop years. An upward trend is nice, though.

 

The MCAT is far more important than your GPA at US schools, to be completely honest.
