application costs

I know that the AMCAS fee is $175 US, but it seems that most schools ask for another fee on top for their secondary application. Does anyone know what the average cost of that is (ie. for Finch, NYMU etc)?

Varies from school to school. Some have no fees for the secondary, others like OSU was like 25 bucks when I applied. The maximum is 100 dollars though. Also if you apply to more than five schools on AMCAS, they only charge you 30 bucks more per school.

Hi there,

 

I applied to a whack of US schools last year. Their secondary application fees averaged at around $50-60. (Many were around $50, but quite a few were $75 and $100.) It's a sizeable expense to apply to a lot of schools in the US.
