Does anyone know the weekends that Calgary is holding interviews? Is there a specific date for OOP applicants?

Well, January is finally here, but the U of C still has not changed my status on one of my documents (a transcript from Athabasca). I know it was sent, but it is not showing as received. They were supposed to complete their updates during Jan4 - Jan 14. Does anyone know if they are done those updates, if I should contact them, and if I am thrown out of the consideration pile because my application shows as one document not received. Please help...... any insight would be great,
