I was just wondering what Calgary does if u have more than a full courseload.

I have 5.5 courses this year. Do they just take the GPA of all the courses and then just average it with my other year?

...Or does this year end up weighing more than the other year....Or do they just ignore that 0.5 course I am over?

<title>dropped course in current year</title>

<pagetext>Hi there!~ Hope everyone had a great holiday...

Well, there was a surprise waiting for me coming back from the break, and let's say midterm marks weren't that stellar...what'd happen if I drop a full year course? How will it affect my application to UofC? Obviously the transcipt submitted back in Nov it would look different from the one in Apr...

Love to hear any opinions or suggestions!
