Expansion Due To Shortage

It says in the calendar and on the website that Calgary (like a lot of other schools) is going to be expanding over the next few years to combat a national physician shortage. Does anyone have any idea how many new spots will be added, and how long the expansion will remain in effect for (a couple of years, five, indefinitely, etc.)?
