Health Plan - question for current U of C students

Not really related to med school specifically, but of general interest. I was just exploring the U of C webpage, and I found a tiny bit of info about the U of C undergrad health plan. Are med students considered undergrads, and therefore included in this plan? Does it include dental? Are you restricted as to what doctors/dentists you can visit?
