Next year

I am fairly confident that Queens med students do not posses any psychic abilities, but I thought I would post this anyway. I've noticed an upward trend in terms of GPAs required for admission. Unfortunately, my first two years are a 3.64, which has basically narrowed my field down to Queens (which has always been my first choice, regardless of this fact). While I currenly make the 3.59 cutoff, I'm worried that I won't next year. Is a .05 GPA jump feasible? I realize that it all depends on the applicant pool, but can anyone gaze into a crystal ball or something and help me out?
