Guest seedstrike
Hi, The acceptance letter from Queen's mentioned that we would have to either get immunized against Hep B or provide proof of HepB serological status. Do I have to have this done before school starts and if so, to whom do I mail the results. The letter from the health department only asks for tuberculosis and does not mention anything about getting the HepB serological test done. The letter has spots for writing down when the three hepB shots were administered but does not say anything about providing proof of the serological status. Thanks.
