Rural Focus? (Choosing between Alberta and Queens)

[Guest Choosing]

I am having a hell of a time choosing between U of A and Queens. I've narrowed it down to these two schools, but I cant make a solid decision for one or the other.

 

Recently, I head that queens has a focus in their education on preparing physicians for working in 'rural, small and medium sized communities'. How much of a focus is there really on this in the curriculum?

 

That being said, can anyone here help me choose Queens over U of A?
