Jixe
I have 20% left, but think I should really cut down on the activities and expan on the explanations.

Yeah I think you should...I have 0% left right now but have to do MAJOR editting...opposite of you: add more entries and get rid of some of the boring crap
celeria
I had no space left in my NAQ list, but I also maxed out the characters allowed to describe each activity. I had about 5 activities for community/cultural experiences, then 4, 4, 4, 3, 2... or something like that.

Kuantum
I had 0.0% left and maxed out on quite a few entries.
REL
Also 0.0% It was weird though...when I went to add an email to one of my contacts, the red notice said that I went over the 3 page limit?!? I fixed it and submitted!!!! What a relief
Jixe
Yeah, I got that error message too. I would have thought they would have blocked us from entering more information. Fortunately I noticed it and fixed it!
andy_uw
I have really weak ECs so I still had 40% left for the space. Would this have serious negative effect on my application?
REL
My opinion is that it's the content and quality of the activities that counts more than how many you had. You'd be surprised what the ad comm give and don't give marks for!! It goes to say that this process is somewhat a shot in the dark: you put down what you can and hope they'll look favourably on it. As much as they try to make this process objective, there are different committees *I think* and they'll judge different activities differently. tooty
I hope to Christ they will see through most of peoples' bs entries. I have 49% left! Most of my hours are in the 120-240 range. What have you guys been doing to fill the whole 3-pages?!

My ECs are really not that great (except for leadership and volunteering), hence, I had a few 30-50 hour ones. Honestly, I filled it up just because I could, even if it meant I was putting smaller commitments. I maxed out on the item descriptions for quite a few of them though. leviathan
I have 20% left, but think I should really cut down on the activities and expan on the explanations. I had 40% left, and the majority of my items were 500+ hours each.
Kuantum
I had a couple less than 60 hrs ones, the lowest being an 8hr 1-day event, but the rest were all above 100. I think the highest was something I've been doing since 1998.
Jixe
I've been skiing for as long as I can remember, but I was extremely conservative with my hours. Silly, I know, but it'll help me sleep better at night, since my mom's the verifier.
Smurfette
Haha, yeah I tried to be conservative with my hours too...it helps me sleep better at night, too, lol. I filled up my 3 pages. A few were single day events - mostly sports competitions and stuff. A few were long-term committments - over 200 hours. But most were in the 50-200 hour range.
