I used the IQ Soap Carving book to prepare for the soap carving section. I did all the practice figures EXCEPT for the spherical end one (#10). It's good to have some samples to carve with. I used Barron's exclusively to study for the PAT section. I did all the PAT questions on both model exams. The tips did help speed me up and I recommend looking over this section for sure. It has basic information on every Medical and Dental School in the US so this book is GREAT for those interested in going South for Dental School.
