A family member of my referee passed away and my letter has still not been received and I'm getting cranky, which makes me feel guilty but... So I'm switching referees. At this point your referee can fax in their letter to 5198235232 You can download a new pdf for them to fill out at http://www.ouac.on.ca/omsas/omsas-answers.html but make sure to put in your reference number in the top right corner. (that 2007-IT#) Also, email OMSAS to tell them who you're switching from and to omsas@ouac.on.ca Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
