Level of education reached: as of now, or as of end of the year?

On the 'Other Information' section where it says "Please select the level of education you have reached" if you are currently in fourth year, do you put three years? Or do you put Bachelor's since you're graduating this year?

I had the same question last year, and both UofC and UofA told me to put down what I would have at the end of the year I was in (3 or more years but no degree), so my guess would be throw in there that you'll have the Bachelor's. They really should add something to that question along the lines of "Please select the level of education you will have reached as of May 2007."
