You will have to do some research in the schools that interest you... the typical international medical schools Canadians attend are in Australia, Ireland, England, and the Carribean. If you know foreign languages, check out their medical schools too. I know a Canadian who is currently sutdying medical school in the Czech Republic (and not all of the foreigners even know how to speak Czech which makes it difficult come clerkship/rotations despite the English curriculum!).
