UBCfnh
I've heard that many schools don't really look at your DAT AA, mainly just carving and PAT. I know UBC shows DAT AA on their entering class stats, but does anyone really know (or think) it's that important, say compared to the carving and PAT? I'm just a little stressed cause I'm horrible at chem!!
FullMetalDS
from what i remember ubc gives a percentile ranking among applicants in 4 areas: DAT overall (not clear if this is overall score or just AA...they don't make it clear), DAT carving/PAT (a separate ranking), GPA, and extracurriculur/autobio etc...then they give each applicant a percentile ranking based on these 4 areas and the top how many percent gets an interview....i forget how much weighting the interview gets in the whole admissions process you could try to phone jackie (the admissions secretary) and ask her but there's only so much she's allowed to disclose... fnh355 was an awesome course! though dr. mclean's 20 times/class "shquiet plz" really gets to me
