UWO DAT Requirement

Hi all,

 

I will be applying to UWO dents for next year and was just wondering if anyone knew what sections of the DAT they look at and what the cutoffs usually are? Their website mentions that they look at the Academic Average for the final selection process but to receive an interview "one must achieve a competitive score in the Reading Comprehension Section combined with competitive academic grades." I wrote the DAT yesterday and think I may have performed average or slightly above average on the Bio and Chem sections but am very sure I score >24 on the Reading Section. So, I guess I am wondering if my RC is very high and my GPA is competitive if it means I should get an interview or if they do consider sections like the PAT, carving etc in determining who gets an interview? Anyone who might be able to shed some light on this would be very helpful.. Thanks

I think you're in a good position, but it is dependent on the applicant pool. I had a 24 in reading and was accepted at UWO.
