E-mail not working when sending documents

Is anyone else getting their email sent back to them from admissions.med@mcgill.ca? I've tried both this email and admissions.medicine@mcgill.ca

i get an AUTOMATIC message usually from them...but never anything sent back to me.

 

i think btw that you MUST use ONLY the e-mail you submitted to them on minerva. so be careful if you are switching from jane.smith@utoronto.ca, to grasshopper928@hotmail.com or whatever

call them first thing in the morning. It's not due until 5pm.

I'm having the exact same problems as you, and I'm sending it from the e-mail accout where they sent me my McGill ID number... I'm as baffled as you are.

I'm really panicking about this.....surprise surprise.....let's just call in the morning and see what they say

there's nothing else we can do, and chances are lots of other people are having the same prob!

Ya, I won't lie... I'm freakin out a bit too.

I'm hoping it's just a problem with their e-mail server or something.

 

I'm gonna give them a call in the morning too. Hopefully their lines won't be busy then.

I was up until 3.30 am. Good thing everything went through this morning.

 

uoftstudent: I would do it asap. My guess is that they had too many submissions last night and it went over their limit.

hey guys, its 4:00 p.m. and i just submitted!! got the e-mail.

 

yes i'm so happy! this has been a very hectic week with midterms etc... thank god for mcgill's straightforward application ..particularly the essay!!

So I guess the question now is when it's going to show up on Minerva?

 

Has anyone who submitted on November 15th (the day of) seen their application status updated yet (i.e. all of their documents recieved)? Mine hasn't yet, but I'm not sure if I should be worried or not.

Hey....yup, it got updated right away when I checked on Minerva...the only thing is they havent updated my reference letter, so I still have two missing.

 

But yes, I submitted on the 15th andlater that day it changed to 'received November 15th' for all the email documents.

 

I would call and check!
