They know their strengths, weaknesses, proudest moments and those moments that they'd wish they'd forgotten. The key to a successful interview, is soul searching. The most difficult questions in an interview are not ethical dilemmas, they are the personal questions. Begin ASAP. Starting learning more about yourself and you will find the interview a breeze.
