But it would be safe to say that it would be too late for the 2008 cycle of American schools? From my understanding, you need to apply very early around June/July, right? Thanks.

That is true. People usually like to be AMCAS verified or whatever by June/July so they have the highest chances. This does not at all stop you from applying and getting in, but just makes it a tad more difficult. If you have everything else ready to go on AMCAS then you should have no problem. Also, the MCAT marks should be released faster, so you should expect them before October. You won't be at a great disadvantage.

You still can if you want but it wouldn't be to your advantage. I'd save my money.
