Q's about reference form

1) What does the representative group blank on the reference form mean? (Where it asks the referee to indicate the size of the group he/she is using for comparison.

 

2) When the reference form says, "on your usual stationary", is it asking the referee to attach a separate piece of paper with the written comments they ask for?

1) If they've worked with hundreds of students over the years, saying that you are in the top 5% of that group will hold more weight than if you are their 3rd student..

 

2) Yup. I asked this. (It's also been recently added to their faq.)
