What happens if you get admitted by an OOP school in eg: March or April but you really want to wait to hear from Ontario schools before making a decision ? However, I know some MDPhD applicants who were notified in April, so it may be different for them. And yes all admissions committess understand that you have to apply to several schools in Canada to have a reasonable chance of admission, so if you're admitted way back in March or something like that, they're pretty much always willing to hold the spot for you until Ontario sends out the word.
